Next to coaching, Cindy enjoys designing and delivering tailored awareness workshops of 90 minutes and leadership & change programmes ranging in duration - a couple of days up to 18 months depending on the needs of the client. For instance, to raise awareness in private and professional contexts, she offers Lunch & Learn Workshops of 90 minutes which are full of practical tips, tools, and techniques, such as:

> Stress Management Workshop 

The aim of this workshop is to raise awareness about stress. The three objectives of this workshop are:

  • For participants to realize that stress is fact of life

  • For participants to recognize the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress

  • For participants to change stress, they need to:

    • Understand what stress is

    • Understand how humans react to stress

    • Experience how they can catch themselves when being stressed

    • Choose how to respond to different types of stress

> Take Charge of Your Happiness Workshop 

The aim of this workshop is to empower participants to take charge of their happiness. The objectives of this workshop are:

  • For participants to learn that happiness requires knowledge and awareness

  • For participants to experience that happiness requires conscious and intentional actions

  • For participants to understand that happiness requires monitoring and refining

> Self-Empowerment Workshop 

The aim of this workshop is to empower participants to connect with their best self. The objectives of this workshop are:

  • For participants to become aware of their level of fulfillment with every area of life

  • For participants to become familiar with inner resources

  • For participants to take a conscious and intentional action from their best self

> Forming Habits Workshop 

The aim of this workshop is to educate participants about the formation of habits. The objectives of this workshop are:

  • For participants to learn that the brain is like a muscle that needs training

  • For participants to learn about the power of forming mini-habits 

  • For participants to walk away with practical tools to upgrade their brain from survival to flourishing mode

> Productivity Workshop 

The aim of this workshop is to raise participants awareness about productivity boosters and wasters. The objectives of this workshop are:

  • For participants to learn that the brain is like a muscle that needs training

  • For participants to learn about the power of mindfulness 

  • For participants to walk away with some strategies to become more productive

> Anti-Bullying Workshop 

The aim of this workshop is to underline that bullying is a symptom of a system. A system is a living, dynamic entity with its own personality, spoken and unspoken rules, vision, and blind spots. By revealing the system to itself, transformation is on its way. The objectives of this workshop are:

  • For participants to learn that bullying goes beyond the bully and the victim

  • For participants to learn that anti-bullying requires a systemic approach

  • For participants to walk away with tools to boost safety, respect, confidence, wellbeing and success

The themes of these workshops can also serve as coaching topics in one-on-one executive and life coaching sessions.
