The Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment helps to identify areas where participants have the greatest potential for building strength. It measures reoccurring patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior. The results can be used in coaching programmes for individuals, teams and organisations to leverage talents and turn them into sustainable strengths.


> Team Leader View™

This diagnostic gives team leaders a way to compare their view of the team’s strengths and weaknesses, to a proven model of team effectiveness used by thousands of teams worldwide. It shifts the mindset from leadership of individual performers, to leadership of the team as a whole. The Team Leader View™ is about leadership feedback. For team leaders it is a measure of the impact of their leadership.

> Team Diagnostic™

Rather than measuring the characteristics, preferences and performance levels of individual team members, this unique tool assesses your team as a whole; the team’s needs are explored independent of the needs of any single member. The results are then compiled into a profile and comprehensive report that is used to support your team.

This diagnostic gives a 360 View of a team. It allows this team to receive clear, specific feedback from an anonymous survey of stakeholders that you selected to point this team, to set them up for better team performance.

> The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP)

The TLCP is a 360° assessment that measures leadership qualities, including an employee’s strengths and limitations. This tool helps your leaders to understand the relationship between how they think and behave, and how this impacts their leadership style. The results are used by Cindy to create an individual leadership development programme.


> The Leadership Circle Survey (TLCS)

The Leadership Culture Survey provides a powerful “MRI” of your leadership culture. The Leadership Culture Survey reveals valuable data. It tells you how your people view their current leadership culture, and compares that reality to the optimal culture they desire.
